Distributions are hidden until five contracts exist for a county and category, so that no single contract can be picked out. Until then you only see the count.
A contribution records the numbers and nothing that points at you: county, category, contract type, setting, hours, weekly total, the taxed and stipend split, the month it started, and the bill rate if your recruiter disclosed one.
It does not record your name, your email, your agency, your facility or your dates. Facility-level figures would be more useful and we are not collecting them, because in a small unit a single contract can identify the person who filed it. That changes only when there is a private backend that can hold identifying data properly, and this page will say so when it does.
Contributions here are unverified, which is the same weakness every anonymous pay site has. The intended fix is the one that separated Levels.fyi from Glassdoor: upload an offer letter or a pay stub privately, get a marker on the figure, and let unverified numbers sit beside verified ones clearly labelled. Until that exists, treat contributed figures as a rough guide and the state figures as the hard evidence.
Illinois requires every licensed nurse agency to report what it charged the facility and what it paid the worker, and the Department of Labor publishes it by county under 225 ILCS 510/14. The numbers on this page are lifted from those reports and nothing else. The full county table is here.
